Check out these dancing 8th graders! This spring GCEF approved a $1,000 grant to cover the cost of a dance instructor, Belle Ritter, to teach the 8th graders swing dance as part of their production of Much Ado About Anything. She will also help choreograph two dances for the play. Thank you Ian Berger for submitting this grant and exposing our kids to this enriching experience!

No school, no problem! A little snow does not deter the ladies of Garrison! On Friday evening over 40 women attended our sold out Winter Garden Ladies' Night. This event raised money for programming at GUFS, with a special focus on one of our cornerstone programs, Hudson Valley Seed.

Tired of the cold and snow? Good news, it is almost time for GCEF’s 17th Annual Spring Thaw. Money raised at this event supports educational, artistic and athletic programming at GUFS. This year's Thaw will take place at Highlands Country Club on Saturday, April 2 from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m., and will feature an incredible auction, food and drinks, and live music.
